Core Duties
- Interact with German-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat to assist with all travel-related needs, including processing new reservations, managing changes, handling cancellations, and answering general inquiries.
- Deliver precise solutions and information, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Process client requests efficiently, strictly adhering to our established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with various internal units to ensure rapid and effective resolution of complex customer issues.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and operational procedures.
- Meticulously record all client communications and actions within the internal tracking systems.
- Contribute positively to the team's success by sharing insights and actively assisting colleagues.
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: You must be fully fluent in German (written and verbal) for all client communication. A strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2) is required for internal purposes.
- Exceptional communication and clear problem-solving skills are mandatory.
