We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Danish-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through their Google Ads onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start and helping them maximize their digital advertising performance. Prior experience in account management, client onboarding, or digital advertising is advantageous but not mandatory — what matters most is your communication skills, adaptability, and passion for client success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Danish-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Google Ads campaigns.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their onboarding phase.

  • Guide clients through setup, optimization, and campaign management processes.

  • Explain Google Ads concepts clearly and ensure clients understand their campaign strategies and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and analytics teams, to ensure onboarding success.

  • Track client progress and proactively address any issues or concerns.

  • Provide training and resources to help clients achieve their advertising goals.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention during onboarding.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads updates, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent Danish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • English proficiency (B2 level minimum).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Prior experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for digital advertising and willingness to learn about Google Ads.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.

  • Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
