Core Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the face of our brand, delivering exceptional assistance to our Italian-speaking user base. Your daily routine will consist of:

  • Inbound Communications: Responding to user inquiries efficiently and politely through phone calls, emails, and real-time chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnostics of user difficulties and providing clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve account or technical issues.
  • Data Administration: Registering detailed summaries of customer conversations, inquiries, and escalated issues within our CRM software.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Keeping up-to-date with product rollouts, company policies, and system updates to ensure all information provided is accurate.
  • Quality Metrics: Consistently achieving or exceeding personal performance targets (KPIs) while maintaining excellent service ratings.

Desired Profile

  • Language Skills: Near-native or native command of Italian (written and spoken), alongside a professional working command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication talents, exceptional listening capabilities, and a naturally empathetic approach to customer care.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortably navigating multiple software programs, internal databases, and digital communication platforms simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setting and the willingness to work a rotating shift schedule.
  • Legal Status: Hold a valid EU passport or possess an existing, unrestricted legal authorization to work full-time in Portugal.

Compensation Packages

To accommodate different living preferences, we provide two distinct salary structures:

  • Option A (Independent Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 for individuals who prefer to secure and manage their own local accommodation.
  • Option B (Company Housing Included): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 for individuals who opt to live in housing provided directly by the company.

Relocation Assistance & Company Perks

  • Flight Reimbursed: Your initial airline ticket to Lisbon will be paid for in full to ease your move.
  • Company Accommodation: A private bedroom located within a shared company apartment (applicable under Option B).
  • Covered Living Expenses: All essential utility bills—including electricity, water, and gas—are fully paid by the employer for those in company housing.
