About the Role:

As a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued Slovenian-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless, positive customer experience. You'll handle a diverse range of inquiries, including product information, order processing, general support, and issue resolution, always reflecting our commitment to high-quality service.

This is an on-site position based in our modern Sofia office. We're seeking enthusiastic, empathetic individuals who connect easily with people. While prior customer service or call center experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. We're committed to nurturing talent and provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills you'll need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and potentially live chat inquiries from Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring top-tier satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns and questions regarding our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Information Provision: Clearly communicate product details, usage instructions, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Proactively identify common customer issues or trends and provide valuable feedback to help improve our services.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations during all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Native or Fluent Slovenian (C2 Level): Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are essential to convey complex information clearly and naturally.
  • Proficient English (B2 Level or Higher): Mandatory for internal communication and training within our international team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication with an empathetic approach.
  • Customer-Service Driven: A genuine passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using various computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
