What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, nurturing trust and ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty. You'll act as a strategic advisor, grasping client objectives and recommending solutions that precisely meet their business needs. Expect consistent, clear communication with both clients and our internal teams for seamless collaboration.
  • Driving Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our service offerings within existing accounts by introducing innovative solutions.   • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital projects, making sure they consistently meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. You'll coordinate with various internal departments—including sales, marketing, and technical teams—to deliver top-tier solutions. Plus, you'll track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables to guarantee outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze data from campaigns and projects to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. You'll prepare regular reports and present results to key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Proactively tackle client concerns and operational challenges, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. You'll mediate between client expectations and our internal capabilities, always aiming for outcomes that benefit everyone.

  • Language Fluency: You must communicate fluently and professionally in German with both clients and internal teams, while using English for internal reporting and team collaboration.

What We Need From You: Candidate Profile

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent German (C2 level) is essential, along with strong English proficiency (at least B2 level).
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly preferred. Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a significant advantage.
  • Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. An analytical mindset, able to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Industry Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce industries is a bonus.
