Job Description

As an Azerbaijani Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued Azerbaijani-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and potentially live chat inquiries from Azerbaijani-speaking customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively identify, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns, questions, and issues related to our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
  • Information Provision: Clearly and concisely communicate product details, usage instructions, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant information to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Proactively identify common customer issues or trends and provide valuable feedback to the team and management to contribute to service improvements.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations during all customer interactions, ensuring a secure and compliant service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (both written and spoken) is essential. You must be able to communicate complex information clearly and naturally in Azerbaijani.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is a mandatory requirement. You will be operating in an international team environment where English is the primary language for internal communication and training.
