Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Cultivation: Act as the primary interface for German-speaking clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships to ensure their utmost satisfaction and continued loyalty. You'll serve as a strategic consultant, truly understanding client goals and recommending solutions perfectly aligned with their business needs. You'll also contribute to the planning and execution of account strategies to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Project Management & Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You'll coordinate with various internal departments—including sales, marketing, and technical teams—to deliver best-in-class solutions. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables will be crucial to guaranteeing exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign and project performance data to provide clients with valuable insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. You'll prepare regular reports and present results to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Swiftly and effectively address client concerns and operational challenges. You will act as a mediator between client expectations and our internal capabilities, always aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and optimizing processes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing positively to the team environment.
  • Language Fluency: You must communicate fluently and professionally in German for all client and internal team interactions where German is required, and use English for internal reporting and wider team collaboration.

Candidate Profile: What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent German (C2 level) is essential, and you must be proficient in English (at least B2 level).
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly advantageous. Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a strong asset.
  • Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Highly organized with robust multitasking skills, comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. An analytical mindset, capable of translating data into strategic insights.
