Core Responsibilities & Daily On-Site Workflow

As an on-camera Live Broadcast Presenter, your daily routine inside the studio will involve:

• Live Stream Anchoring: Hosting high-energy, interactive digital programs within a modern, professional broadcasting setup.
• Audience Interaction: Building an upbeat, engaging rapport with Russian-speaking viewers to optimize enthusiasm and maximize audience retention.
• Aesthetic Standards: Maintaining immaculate personal grooming, appearance, and professional camera etiquette on every single broadcast.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Language & Authorization (Strict Compliance)

• Russian: Native or near-native verbal fluency to naturally connect with viewers.
• English: Functional, intermediate command (B1/B2 level) for internal production cues and corporate communication.
• Legal Standing: A current, valid right to work within the European Union (e.g., an EU passport or an active, valid residence visa).

Skills & Scheduling

• Screen Presence: A natural talent for capturing a virtual audience's focus while keeping energy levels high throughout a live shift.
• Scheduling Agility: Complete comfort working within a 24/7 rotating shift framework (including daytime, nighttime, and weekend hours).
