Work Structure

To set you up for success, this position begins with thorough, on-site onboarding at our contemporary Lisbon facility. Following the initial training period, you will transition to a flexible hybrid arrangement, balancing collaborative office days with remote work from home.

In this role, you will serve as the face of a world-renowned leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, providing top-tier assistance and personalized fixes to their clientele.

Your Core Responsibilities

Your primary objective is to represent a household-name brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, positive, and stress-free.

  • Multi-Channel Customer Care: Respond to incoming inquiries from Flemish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat. Assist with product inquiries, shipping updates, setup guidance, warranty policies, and basic tech support.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Guide customers through step-by-step diagnostics for their tech and appliances, or escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary.
  • Information Management: Meticulously document all customer details, interactions, and resolutions in our CRM system to guarantee seamless follow-ups and high-quality service.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's product line and core values, embodying professionalism and genuine empathy in every interaction.
  • Skill Development: Engage in regular workshops and training sessions to stay updated on new product releases, software patches, and modern customer service techniques.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum Criteria:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Flemish (C1/C2 level), paired with a professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) for team collaboration.
  • Residency: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared to manage your own relocation to Portugal.
  • Communication Style: Superb verbal and written skills, marked by patience, an empathetic tone, and a focus on finding solutions.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable multitasking across multiple software programs, internal messaging apps, and CRM databases.

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Background in retail, hospitality, call centers, tech support, or general customer service.
  • A personal interest in consumer tech, smart home devices, or modern household appliances.

Shift & Schedule

  • Hours: 40 hours a week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
  • Daily Shift: 08:00 to 17:00.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

We provide a competitive financial package designed to offer peace of mind while rewarding your daily performance:

  • Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, distributed 14 times a year (includes standard local summer and Christmas bonuses).
  • Language Allowance: An extra €150 monthly premium for utilizing your specialized Flemish skills.
  • Performance Incentives: Up to €100 monthly bonus based on hitting quality and efficiency metrics (KPIs).
  • Meal Allowance: €7 per day worked, adding roughly €140–€150 net to your monthly take-home pay.

Important Relocation Notice

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package. Applicants currently living outside of Portugal must be entirely self-sufficient in organizing, executing, and financing their own travel, initial housing, and moving logistics to Lisbon.
