Your Impact: What You'll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Capture new customer wins by identifying and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Technical Advocacy: Deliver tailored product insights and technical overviews that address specific customer usage scenarios.
- Accelerate Success: Act as a catalyst for customer success in the cloud by proposing innovative, efficiency-boosting ideas.
- Audit & Pricing: Validate technical implementation requirements and execute precise pricing models.
- Digital Demos: Conduct high-level technical and business solution walkthroughs virtually via Microsoft Teams.
- Internal Leadership: Serve as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and lead group or individual training sessions.
- Market Intelligence: Constantly research the latest cloud capabilities and pricing structures for major providers and their competitors.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Linguistic Skills: Native or proficient Dutch fluency plus a strong command of English.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required (a Master's in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering is a plus).
- Proven Experience: 3–6+ years of success in tech-related sales, pre-sales, or business development.
- Cloud Certifications: Minimum Fundamentals certification required upon entry; L200 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Depth: Ability to explain complex technical architectures for communication and productivity tools.
- Security Savvy: Solid understanding of identity, authentication, privacy, and compliance within hybrid/cloud environments.
- Sales Track Record: A documented history of hitting and exceeding ambitious performance targets.
