THE PROJECT: IMPACTFUL HEALTHCARE SUPPORT

You will represent a global leader in Diabetes Care, focusing on high-tech solutions like Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and advanced insulin delivery systems. Your goal is to provide technical expertise and empathetic guidance to patients, families, and medical professionals.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Patient Guidance: Help Dutch-speaking users set up, sync, and master their medical devices and health apps.
  • Empathetic Problem Solving: Listen to patient concerns regarding their glucose data or hardware, providing calm and clear resolutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose software glitches or mechanical issues, escalating them to specialists when necessary.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold rigorous standards for data privacy and medical reporting to ensure every interaction meets healthcare regulations.

This is a Hybrid position based in Porto, Portugal, designed to give you balance:

  • 2 Days On-Site: Connect with your peers at our high-tech Porto hub.
  • 3 Days Remote: Enjoy the comfort and flexibility of working from your home office.
  • Stability: A full-time, 40-hour schedule with a consistent, rotating shift pattern.

WHO YOU ARE

We value empathy and a willingness to learn over a perfect medical resume.

  • Dutch Mastery: Native or C2-level fluency (written and spoken).
  • English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level for training and internal communication.
  • Communication Style: High emotional intelligence with a knack for explaining complex things simply.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning the "ins and outs" of medical hardware and mobile applications.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or medical experience is a bonus, but not required. We provide extensive, professional training!
