In this role, you will empower ambitious Dutch enterprises to expand their international footprint through the use of sophisticated advertising suites. Serving as the primary consultant for the Netherlands market, you will orchestrate the digital roadmaps for incoming partners, securing their seamless integration and long-term commercial success.

Your Role: Growth and Strategy

As the custodian of the client's initial experience with our organization, you will bridge the gap between complex advertising technology and tangible business expansion. You will shepherd them through their early onboarding stages, instilling confidence and providing comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Organize, construct, and deploy high-yield Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns tailored to a diverse portfolio of Dutch corporate clients.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a platform specialist for top-tier advertising ecosystems, selecting and fine-tuning the appropriate digital tools to satisfy distinct corporate objectives.
  • Consultative Sales: Deeply evaluate client requirements, ask incisive questions, and propose bespoke marketing strategies designed to optimize their return on investment.
  • Revenue Growth: Uncover latent opportunities for account expansion and meticulously manage advertising budgets to ensure partners extract maximum value from their ad spend.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain flawless, granular documentation within our CRM platform to facilitate seamless information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Who We Are Looking For: Data Acumen & Trust

The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative and data analysis skills with an innate ability to cultivate high-trust, professional relationships with Dutch business leaders.

  • Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Language Fluency: Native or C2-level proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal) is strictly required for executive-level business discussions.
  • Professional Background: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Account Management, with a proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable leveraging data streams, web analytics, and AI tools to architect intelligent advertising strategies for your clients.
  • Market Insight: A solid grasp of the Dutch commercial landscape, including regional business etiquette and privacy regulations like GDPR.
