What You'll Do

  • Trusted Advisor: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Outbound Engagement: Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
  • Growth & Upselling: Take responsibility for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

What You'll Bring

  • Language Skills: C2 level of Danish and C2 level of English.
  • Education: BA/BS degree (an MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is preferred).
  • CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
  • AI Integration: You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive with a confident, determined approach.
  • Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.

  • Market Understanding: A clear grasp of the Danish market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and local practices.
