As part of an exciting new travel project, we are expanding our customer support team in Sofia. We are seeking passionate and motivated German-speaking Customer Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and enjoy delivering exceptional service.

Position Overview

The German-Speaking Customer Advisor will act as a primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related requests. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic company.

Relocation support includes flight tickets to Sofia and accommodation upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, questions, and problem resolution.

  • Deliver accurate information about travel products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in internal systems.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and service quality.

  • Continuously develop knowledge of the company’s offerings and the travel industry.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (both written and spoken) — mandatory.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Must be willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates relocating from abroad will receive flight tickets and accommodation, but no additional relocation package is offered.
