Your Daily Duties
In this role as an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand, ensuring our Italian-speaking users receive premier support. Your core responsibilities include:
- Customer Communication: Addressing client queries with professionalism and care via incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages.
- Troubleshooting & Assistance: Pinpointing technical or account-related problems and guiding customers patiently through the necessary solutions.
- Documentation: Keeping a clean ledger of consumer interactions, complaints, feedback, and escalated tickets in our centralized CRM platform.
- Product Expertise: Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our platform updates, internal guidelines, and new features to provide flawless assistance.
- Target Alignment: Meeting or outperforming your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while protecting our high standards of service.
Who We Are Looking For
- Language Capabilities: Flawless, native-level or near-native mastery of Italian (oral and written), along with professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Human Relations: First-rate communication skills, active listening habits, and an authentic, customer-first mindset.
- Digital Skills: The ability to smoothly multitask while utilizing different internet tools, ticketing software, and CRM databases.
- Agility: A positive attitude toward working in a fast-moving corporate environment with a flexible, rotating shift pattern.
- Right to Work: A valid European Union citizenship or an active, legal permit to work on a full-time basis within Portugal.
Salary & Lodging Choices
We offer two distinct compensation structures tailored to how you prefer to handle your living arrangements:
- Option A (Self-Arranged Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you wish to find and fund your own apartment.
- Option B (Corporate Housing Provided): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 if you prefer to take advantage of company-managed lodging.
