Role Overview
As Head of Sales, you will assume a crucial strategic leadership position, taking full ownership of sales performance and maintaining direct alignment with the Executive Board / Founders. In this position, you will establish, guide, and scale our commercial organization from the ground up, drive end-to-end go-to-market execution for our flagship clinical AI software suite, and substantially broaden our presence across both inpatient and outpatient healthcare segments in Germany.
If you are an execution-focused sales strategist motivated by purpose, structured pipeline management, and a vision for modernizing patient care, this position grants unparalleled creative autonomy and real-world influence.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, optimize, and roll out holistic sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) frameworks tailored to our portfolio of proprietary clinical AI technologies.
- Expand client reach within the hospital landscape (including clinics, university medical centers, and healthcare networks) as well as the outpatient segment (MVZs and private medical practices).
- Build strategic alliances with software platform providers, health IT vendors, and distribution channels to accelerate market uptake.
- Revenue Growth & Account Management
- Drive new commercial opportunities within the German health sector, steering complex organizational decision structures and public procurement or tendering procedures.
- Direct, nurture, and deepen partnerships with 24 established strategic key accounts.
- Develop, maintain, and report clear pipeline forecasts and financial objectives directly to board-level leadership.
- Team Leadership & Building
- Recruit, integrate, manage, and mentor a high-performing, flexible sales force as the business expands.
- Cultivate a target-driven, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Positioning
- Partner closely with Marketing to refine lead acquisition tactics, enhance value propositions, and position the firm as a premier innovation leader in digital health.
- Work alongside product development units and clinical specialists to translate front-line medical feedback into highly persuasive sales messaging.
