As a remote travel coordinator, you will protect the brand's international standing by resolving complex reservation issues and delivering smooth, high-end travel experiences. You will serve as the essential link, pairing technical efficiency with exceptional guest care.
Core Duties & Daily Tasks
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Managing incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live messaging with complete professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Investigating and rectifying complicated booking disputes and account inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Travel Advisory: Staying informed on international travel guidelines and internal systems to offer precise, premium advice to clients.
- System Documentation: Logging every client interaction thoroughly within the CRM software to maintain accurate account histories.
- Performance Goals: Reaching personal productivity targets while partnering with an international team to sustain top-tier service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Language Capabilities:
- Dutch: Fluent (C2-level command to deliver superior client interactions).
- English: Fluent (B2-level or higher for internal tools, onboarding programs, and team communication).
- Legal & Setup Requirements:
- Work Authorization: Full legal right to reside and be employed in Greece.
