Your Daily Duties

  • Engage with German-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat platforms to resolve travel-related matters (including processing new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general questions).
  • Supply accurate resolutions and information, aiming to ensure every single customer interaction is a positive one.
  • Manage requests promptly, keeping within the agreed-upon service-level standards (SLAs).
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other internal departments to achieve quick and successful issue resolution.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all company products, services, and operational processes.
  • Keep meticulous records of all client conversations within the designated internal systems.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights and actively supporting your peers.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • German Fluency (C1 or Native): Mandatory for all customer interactions, both verbal and written.
  • English Proficiency (Minimum B2): Required for internal communications and training sessions.
  • Proven excellent communication and decisive problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-first attitude demonstrated through an empathetic and polished approach.
  • The capability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in customer service is helpful but not required—comprehensive, full training will be provided.
  • A naturally proactive disposition and a strong commitment to accuracy.
