We are seeking a diligent and professionally-minded Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join a specialized project within the Public Health & Administrative sector. This is not a high-volume sales role; it is a position that requires precision, empathy, and a high degree of responsibility. You will act as a vital link between citizens and essential administrative services, ensuring that complex inquiries regarding regulations and services are handled with the utmost care.

Core Responsibilities
- Professional Advisory: Manage inbound inquiries from Dutch citizens regarding administrative and healthcare-related regulations with high accuracy.
- Case Management: Navigate complex databases to provide real-time updates on applications, payments, and registrations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all interactions align with current Dutch administrative standards and privacy protocols.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle sensitive inquiries with a diplomatic approach, de-escalating complex situations through clear and empathetic communication.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements for the overall service workflow.
Candidate Profile
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (C1 minimum). Professional fluency in English (B2 minimum) is required for training and internal reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to grasp complex administrative procedures and explain them clearly to a non-expert audience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance, administration, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. We value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
