This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into seamless execution, building scalable systems, and ensuring marketing campaigns deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
Campaign and Launch Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of our Book Launch, Software Launch, and Marketing Services funnel.
- Translate strategic ideas into clear project plans with defined outcomes, timelines, and ownership.
- Partner with sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and timely execution.
Funnel Management and Optimization
- Manage and optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.
- Use data-driven insights to identify friction points and performance gaps.
- Develop and oversee nurture sequences, landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion tools.
Brand Integrity and Quality Control
- Review copy, design, and layouts to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Adapt messaging for a professional optometric audience.
- Maintain a client-value focus, ensuring all campaigns drive measurable impact.
Team Leadership and AI Integration
- Manage a small internal team and network of freelancers.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to increase speed, creativity, and efficiency.
- Build and document repeatable processes that reduce friction and improve consistency.
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
- Oversee workflows in Asana to track tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Remove blockers, surface risks, and keep stakeholders accountable.
- Create systems for efficient cross-functional delivery and reporting.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or campaign execution.
- Can independently manage cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
- Understand funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategy deeply.
- Are comfortable reviewing creative assets for strategic and brand alignment.
- Move fast, stay organized, and maintain quality under deadlines.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Enjoy managing people, processes, and technology to deliver results.

- Location: Remote South Africa
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM EST
