Job Duties:
- Be accountable for project timelines, resource management, and the development of overall project workflows.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless collaboration between design, technical, and client-facing teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set clear deliverables, and milestones, and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and manage risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all projects are aligned with EyeCarePros commitment to quality, innovation, and client-focused value.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on brand onboarding or similar initiatives.
- Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong ability to drive processes and manage cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to project management.
- Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma certification (not required but preferred).
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Work Requirements:
- 100% Remote work from anywhere.
- Work Hours: 8 AM 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
- Must provide your own:
- Computer, monitors, and essential equipment.
- Quiet, professional workspace.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Load-shedding backup (if applicable).
