We are currently seeking an HR PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, data management, and compliance with tax regulations and company policies. The specialist will address and resolve payroll-related issues, generate payroll reports, and support audits.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Prepare, process, and distribute employee times.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Timekeeping: Ensure the accuracy of timesheets and calculate wages, salaries, and deductions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
