Role Details
Role Title : Technical Operations Associate
Department: Technical Operations
Reporting To: Team Lead
Years of Experience [Requirement] : +2 years
Qualifications: Bachelors in operations, management , Engineering or IT field
Preferred Candidates or Plus Points for a Candidate
- Strong written and spoken American English
- Technical Operations or IT background is a plus
- Experience working with U.S. clients and accounting systems
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact between software vendors and internal departments
- Monitor and test new software features
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all operational software and hardware, including GPS tracking systems, fleet management platforms, dispatch software, onboard telematics and communication systems
- Perform regular system checks, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security
- Serve as SME of various platforms internally
- Manage initial driver onboarding across Coach Manager, Vehicle Management System (VMS), and Saucon
- Create payroll profiles and assist with transitions from HR to platforms
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access for various operational platforms
- Fetch, clean, and report weekly/monthly performance data across systems (e.g., 8x8 call reports)
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and timelines
- Carry out projects operational tasks assigned by leadership (e.g., configuration of a module)
Skills Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate dispatch software and GPS tracking systems. Proficient in tracking and scheduling software is a plus Ability to work responsibly and reporting in an orderly manner since work is completely remotely oriented
- Strong command of tools ; project trackers, and dashboard tools
- Proficient with software platforms like Coach Manager, Saucon, VMS, Paylocity, 8x8, Initek
- Experience with process automation and project coordination
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various departments
- Ability to own projects and deliver outcomes independently (Strongly emphasized)
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Other Requirements
- Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup.
- Availability over call during US (Eastern Time) working hours at all time and excellent internet connectivity (preferred connection would be between (60 MBPS - 100 MBPS)
