• Clear the runway. Translate business goals into crisp technical plans, eradicate blockers, and keep stakeholders in sync.
• Measure, refine, repeat. Velocity, cycle time, quality - if it moves, you'll track it and make it move faster.
  
  

You Bring

• A CS / Software Eng degree (or equivalent battle scars).
• A record of shipping complex projects on time, on spec, every time.
• Hands-on line-management of engineers plus mastery of sprint ceremonies.
• Fluency in modern cloud-native data engineering.
