Our client, a reputable healthcare institution in Singapore, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Patient Service Associates (PSAs) to join their team.

Job Description:
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
Assist patients and visitors with inquiries and provide information about hospital services
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with utmost discretion

Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / 'N' Level, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with healthcare systems and SAP is advantageous
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

Additional Information:

• Contract from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027 (Renewal Option)

• Working hours:
  - Monday to Friday: 8:15 am – 5:30 pm
  - Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Location Simei
• Can start work in April 2026
