What You Will Be Doing
- Execute brand and content strategies across our academy, higher education, and staffing services
- Develop marketing materials and messaging tailored to students, professionals, and employers
- Plan and coordinate digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email
- Support course launches, programme promotions, and GTM strategies
- Collaborate with sales, curriculum, and HR teams for aligned execution
- Manage paid ad performance, campaign analytics, and lead generation funnels
- Organise roadshows, employer outreach events, and education fairs
- Monitor market trends and consolidate competitor insights for strategic planning
- Guide interns or junior execs when needed
- Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) to support local and regional outreach
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marcom or digital marketing (education/training/recruitment a plus)
- Hands-on with social media tools, ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), basic design & CMS
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual content skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese-speaking regional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
- Knowledge of Singapore's adult learning and manpower ecosystem (e.g. WSQ, SkillsFuture, WSG) is a bonus
