Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operational Excellence

 Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support the Director in overseeing day-to-day HR and recruitment project operations. This role encompasses a full spectrum of HR and operations responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on project management and business development.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid Mode
  • Monday - Friday; Office Hours (9 am to 6 pm/10 am to 7 pm)
  • East Region (Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT station)
  • Exposure using HRMS (Info-Tech) and ATS (Manatal) is a PLUS

Talent Acquisition

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage interview scheduling, assessments, and reference checks for a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage and update candidate records via applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Ensure timely communication and engagement to provide a professional and positive recruitment journey.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business leads and partnerships to grow the recruitment client base.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver value-added services.
  • Present tailored talent solutions and service offerings to clients, showcasing how we can meet their workforce requirements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to drive strategic business growth.
  • Work towards meeting recruitment targets and business development KPIs, contributing to the agency's overall growth.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other HR or recruitment software.
  • Driven, people-oriented, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right career opportunities.
