Senior/Executive/Assistant Manager, Business Development (Recruitment Staffing)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior/Executive/Assistant Manager, Business Development to grow our client base, build strong business relationships, and support recruitment delivery. You will play a key role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client accounts within the recruitment and staffing industry.

What You Will Be Doing
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct high-level client meetings to align on workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, emerging sectors, and client pain points.
- Translate insights into actionable business development strategies.
- Develop tailored proposals for bidding, tender and presentations for complex client needs.
- Lead public and commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and service agreement closures.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to design end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Drive revenue targets through new client wins and the growth of existing accounts.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast performance, and identify areas for growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, negotiations, and account activities.
- Liaise with senior management, recruiters, and operations to align delivery with client expectations.
- Generate and present regular business performance reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
- Good understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiar with MOM employment regulations and attained CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Certification (preferred).
