[Contract/Stat Board] Senior/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Senior/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Client in managing their hiring needs. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of talent for their initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Post job ads and ensure alignment with TAFEP guidelines
- Source and screen candidates via online platforms
- Conduct preliminary interviews and present shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities
- Perform reference checks and support contract administration
- Ensure compliance with MOM, TAFEP, and public sector HR practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the WOG or healthcare sectors
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing strategies, with a consistent record of successful placements
- Proficient in using social media, job portals, and other sourcing tools to engage passive talent
- Experienced in contributing to new recruitment channels and outreach initiatives
- Familiarity with HRMS systems, especially Workday, is a strong advantage
- Sound understanding of TAFEP guidelines and fair employment practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
