One of our clients in the fitness and gym equipment industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join their dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the companys client base within the commercial fitness market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to drive growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win high-value projects with gyms, hotels, developers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contracts.
- Provide tailored solutions using expertise in leasing, logistics, and operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and track performance to exceed sales targets.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course.
- Must have a strong B2B sales background, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience in selling to corporate clients such as commercial gym operators, hotel and resort groups, property developers, corporate offices, schools/universities, government institutions, or distributors.
- Experience in gym or fitness club operations is highly desirable.
- Mature and professional, able to engage confidently with managers, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and client visits, with excellent communication skills and a confident, charismatic presence.
