Job Description:
1. Develop and sustain strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
2. Analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support business growth.
5. Collaborate with management in identifying cost-effective business opportunities.
6. Research prospects and generate leads.
7. Conduct cold calls, arrange meetings, and prepare/send quotations and proposals.
8. Meet with potential clients, present company offerings, and negotiate business deals.
9. Understand client needs and align company solutions accordingly.
10. Prepare weekly objectives and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
11. Create activity reports, action plans, and sales calendars.
12. Achieve managements monthly sales goals and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
At least three (3) years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship
management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong relationship management skills.
Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.
