Overview:
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, with a strong preference for wind power developments. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale renewable projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery of renewable energy projects, with a strong advantage for wind energy projects.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams to ensure project alignment and compliance.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher qualification required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the wind energy industry, with proven project management experience.
  • Strong background in renewable energy project management; direct wind project experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other project management–related software.
  • Must hold a valid Global Wind Organization (GWO) certification throughout the duration of the contract.
