About the job Marketing Manager
The Marketing Communications Manager shall be responsible for the development and seamless delivery of a fully-integrated Brand Strategy for the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic marketing plans, engaging with the community, directing marketing efforts, and driving sales via branding, advertising and content generation, omni-channel promotions, creative executions and CRM strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives (online marketing efforts, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, display advertising, analytics, and content marketing)
- Create and implement a unique Customer Relationship Management program to increase consumer awareness and market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Oversee the creative development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategies including promotional campaigns, on-ground and online events, digital/social media, visual merchandising, PR, and advertising (print, broadcast, OOH, and digital)
- Manage the annual brand marketing budget and ensure efficient delivery of marketing objectives
- Build and lead a marketing team, ensuring that best practices are employed to deliver all initiatives within strategy, budget, and deadline
- Work with the Retail team (Operations, Merchandising, eCommerce and other cross-functional units) enabling them to meet business objectives by providing appropriate in-store and digital marketing tools and materials
- Undertake continuous analysis of the competition and consumer trends

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree holder
Solid marketing experience preferably in retail
Excellent commercial and business experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and people skills at all levels
IT savvy and comfortable with new technologies
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
Confident, driven and a dynamic leader
A team player with a sense of humor
