Logistics and Terminal Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and availability of tank trucks to ensure optimal use of fleet resources.
• Plan and schedule deliveries from the depot to various gasoline stations in coordination with retail and operations.
• Monitor driver performance, compliance with route assignments, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Assist in the resolution of delivery-related issues, delays, or breakdowns.
• Supervise GPS Operators in monitoring the real-time location, speed and route compliance of tank trucks.
• Review daily GPS reports and identify route deviations, unauthorized stops, or potential safety violations.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of GPS-related alerts or anomalies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics or fleet operations, preferably in petroleum industry
• Strong knowledge of route planning, fleet dispatching, and fuel delivery operations
• Experience in using GPS tracking systems and logistics software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
