About the job Junior Recruiter
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who will support full-cycle hiring across construction, engineering, and other technical roles. This position is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to build strong sourcing and interviewing skills while working closely with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and targeted searches.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
- Support recruitment for construction and engineering roles.
- Maintain candidate records and talent pipelines in the ATS or tracking sheets.
- Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Senior Recruiters regarding hiring priorities and talent pipeline needs.
- Help in organizing recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Experience or interest in construction, engineering, or technical hiring preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.

Willingness to learn technical job requirements and industry terms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Highly organized with good time management skills.

Amenable to a hybrid schedule: 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite.
