Area Manager

Job Overview

Supervises construction activities from start to turnover, conducts daily site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards, manages materials and equipment, provides technical support, prepares inspection and completion reports, and handles warranty inspections and corrective works.

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Housing Construction
- Strong relationship management skills (ability to collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Willing and able to travel to any TM sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas
