Duties and Responsibilities

As a Global HR System Professional and in close collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Be an ambassador for the global HR applications such as SuccessFactors, Service Now, Power BI etc. and the first point of contact for users
  • Together with Global HR Process & Application Specialists, drive digitalization and automation to meet roadmaps and business strategies.
  • Make analyses and observations about the incidents area and nature, to propose changes in applications and processes to trigger actions, improvements and other measures
  • Work close with Global HR Analyst and Global HR Process & Application Specialist to develop training material to reduce number of tickets and to support onboarding of new HR colleagues.
  • Create manuals, learning activities and/or videos to empower organizations proactively to get the most value out of the global HR applications.
  • Answer incoming tickets to Service Now in a professional and timely manner
  • Test new features
  • Continuously contributing to process improvement and to developing the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance
  • Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience of working with a cloud-based HR systems and experience of handling a ticketing system. It is meritorious if you have worked with SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English is a key requirement, mastery one or more languages is highly desirable
  • Knowledgeable and interested in systems and reporting
  • Knowledge and experience of HR processes and reporting tools
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency in high-volume transactional environments.
  • Comfortable following defined processes and guidelines while proactively flagging issues and missing information.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility to ensure timely and correct processing of financial documents.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and efficient team atmosphere.
  • Clear and professional communication style, especially when escalating issues or working with stakeholders across regions.
