JR. QS (Architecture, Facade, MEPS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications
• Help prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and cost reports
• Support monitoring of project costs, progress billings, and variations
• Assist in evaluating contractor and supplier quotations
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams on quantities and scope

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost control
• Licensed or non-licensed applicants accepted

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred Experience (Advantage but Not Required)
• Experience in high-rise building or condominium projects
• Exposure to data centers, hospitals, or similar large-scale developments
• Construction site experience
• Familiarity with cost estimation or QS software
