About the job Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our client's online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to grow our audience and strengthen brand awareness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in line with the brands tone and marketing objectives.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness and reach.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, and trends.
- Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
