About the job Assistant Market Research Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake market research, market feasibility study, and best-use study of sites in key cities and municipalities in key regions of the country (i.e. residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel)
- Undertake competitor research in all regions of the country across all residential product type.
- Undertake thorough research on all development restrictions and policies of all cities and municipalities suitable for residential development e.g. CLUP, ordinances, and national policies and restrictions.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management/Economics/Finance or related courses
- With at least three (3) years of experience in the real estate industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- With background in research and financial modelling
