Project Development Supervisor

The Project Development Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising real estate development and construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, quality standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of real estate development and construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, accomplishments, and resource allocation to meet project targets.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee finishing works, including painting, tiling, ceiling installation, cabinetry, waterproofing, fit-outs, and punch listing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, zoning requirements, permits, and company standards.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, documentation, and feasibility studies as required by management.
  • Identify project risks, operational concerns, and construction issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in quality control and ensure that workmanship and deliverables meet required standards before turnover.
  • Support property operations and coordinate with property management teams regarding project-related concerns.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders when necessary.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial real estate development or construction is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction coordination.
  • Familiarity with real estate operations, compliance requirements, and property management processes.
  • Background in finishing and fit-out works, such as painting, tiling, cabinetry, ceiling installation, waterproofing, and quality inspections, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
