About the job HR Business Partner

We are looking for a mature and experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to oversee end-to-end HR operations, with strong focus on policy implementation and employee relations. This role will support multiple teams across different locations and ensure consistent HR standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide HR support to multiple branches or offices

  • Partner with leadership on people management and HR concerns

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Support performance management, engagement, and HR initiatives

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Retail background preferred (handling multiple branches/offices)

  • If not from retail, must have experience managing multiple teams across different locations
  • Strong background in employee relations and policy enforcement

  • Experience handling complex HR cases and disciplinary actions
