We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring construction, engineering, technical positions, and client/account management. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, influence hiring strategies, and partner closely with leaders to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-levelengineering roles. 
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with department heads to understand role requirements.
  • Build sourcing strategies for technical roles.
  • Screen candidates for technical competency, experience level, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience, interview flow, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitor mapping, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and introduce best practices.
  • Mentor and coach Junior Recruiters on sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and timely updates.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with strong exposure to construction, engineering, or technical hiring.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing pipelines. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience negotiating offers and advising on hiring decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Amenable to a hybrid schedule: 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite.
