About the job Senior Recruiter
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring construction, engineering, technical positions, and client/account management. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, influence hiring strategies, and partner closely with leaders to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-levelengineering roles.
- Conduct detailed intake meetings with department heads to understand role requirements.
- Build sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Screen candidates for technical competency, experience level, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate experience, interview flow, and offer negotiation.
- Provide talent market insights, competitor mapping, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
- Optimize recruitment processes and introduce best practices.
- Mentor and coach Junior Recruiters on sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with strong exposure to construction, engineering, or technical hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing pipelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience negotiating offers and advising on hiring decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Amenable to a hybrid schedule: 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite.
