Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager / Property Supervisor who will oversee daily building operations, ensure excellent tenant experience, and maintain the overall safety and efficiency of the property. This role will handle building maintenance, facilities management, and coordinate with tenants, vendors, and building personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, building maintenance, and facilities management
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of building systems (electrical, mechanical, utilities, and common areas)
• Manage tenant concerns, maintain good relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Supervise building staff, contractors, and service providers

• Monitor property expenses, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports and support improvement plans

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Property Management or Building Operations (cluster-head or multiple properties experience is an advantage)
• Background in managing commercial or residential properties
• Licensed Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
• Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus
• Experience handling CBRE-certified buildings is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and tenant-relations skills
• Service-oriented and proactive in resolving operational concerns
• Ideally below 40 years old
