Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to field technicians and engineers.
  • Analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in BMS technology.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for technical staff.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing technical questions and concerns.
  • Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions and provide updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to understand client requirements and provide technical input during the sales process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical processes and efficiency.
  • Collect feedback from project teams and clients to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Ensure that technical documentation, including system diagrams, manuals, and specifications, is accurate and up to date.
  • Review technical documentation created by team members for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a library of technical resources and documentation for reference.
