Key responsibilities

  1. Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyse data from various sources, including sales reports, customer surveys, and inventory records.
  2. Trend identification and optimization: Develop actionable insights and recommendations
  3. Reporting and visualization: Create clear, concise reports and data visualizations (dashboards) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Forecasting and Performance monitoring: Use historical data to forecast sales, predict future trends, Track and evaluate the performance of various departments and initiativesagainst set goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong in PowerPoint and new presentation tools to be presented for management
  • Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to different audiences.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of retail operations, merchandising.
