Project Types: Vertical High-Rise Residential, Condominium, Villas, Commercial, Data Center, and Hospitals

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor MEPFS (Tendering) to manage and oversee cost estimation, tender preparation, and budget control for major vertical and complex projects. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial planning and effective procurement for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and special systems works.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare detailed tender estimates, bills of quantities, and pricing for MEPFS works.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate scope and specifications.
• Review subcontractor and supplier proposals, analyzing costs and value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain cost control, monitor budgets, and track variations during tender preparation.
• Support procurement activities by preparing and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and client approvals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEPFS works for vertical high-rise, commercial, residential, data center, or hospital projects.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in cost management software, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tender submissions under tight deadlines.
