About the job Digital Strategist

The Digital Strategist contributes to the delivery and overall management of key digital accounts from development of platform mix recommendations, overall campaign strategy, creation of cost estimates/media plans, implementation of digital media campaigns, and reporting/overall assessment of campaign performance, with the help of the teams implementation arms HPH and Ecselis.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the delivery of key campaigns of the agencys clients
  • Implement full project structure with stakeholders across the media, creative, technical and data teams
  • Ensure smooth delivery of projects: plan the campaigns, be able to defend the campaign strategy to internal and client stakeholders, coordinate with the stakeholders
  • Create project documentation and provide regular reporting and updates
  • Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Research for new and emerging channels and technology

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of digital advertising landscape ; Familiarity with social media and digital media in general
  • Familiarity with the operational process of running projects
  • Delivery oriented
  • Interest in agile working methods
  • A communicator at all levels

Technical

  • Feeding into and implementing the Global technology roadmap.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of growing display/VOD/Programmatic/paid social spend across clients through excellent performance
  • Strong command of programmatic/paid social marketing strategies and reporting resources
  • Overall use of technologies, including via Private Market Place practice:
  • Implementation of Private Market Place with publishers and SSPs
  • Management of local relationships with platform vendors in coordination with Programmatic/paid social APAC Hub
  • Advanced knowledge in implementation campaigns for paid social, programmatic, etc.
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly numerate with a functional expertise in BI technology
  • Knowledge of ad-server technology
  • Trading experience in a DSP preferable, experience with MediaMath
