Document Analyst (XML Formatter)

Responsibilities:

• Assess and convert document into XML format using Indesign, MS Word. XML Editor in conformance to the clients specifications.

• Assess the document, determine its complexity and prepare and convert with the necessary output requirements.

• Check the output by using the rendering tool provided by client.

• Perform Word-styling, Image creation, processes if needed.

• Carries out proofreading corrections and authors amendments as required.

• May validate final format materials created by others.

Qualifications:

• Have a Bachelors degree or Associates degree in any Computer related course.

• At least 2 or more years work experience in any aspect of publishing industry.

• Knowledgeable in MS Office, any XML Editor such as Oxygen XML Editor, Indesign, Photoshop, DTD.
