Senior Planner

Project Types: Vertical High-Rise Residential, Condominium, Villas, Commercial, Data Center, and Hospitals

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support the execution of complex vertical and infrastructure projects. The role is vital in ensuring accurate project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to achieve successful and timely project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using recognized planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Conduct resource loading and allocation planning for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support project controls in cost, time, and performance management.
• Ensure planning and scheduling activities are consistent with contractual obligations and project objectives.

Qualifications: 

• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer in vertical high-rise, commercial, residential, data center, or hospital projects.

• Solid experience in construction and post-construction planning

• Proficiency in scheduling, monitoring progress, and preparing comprehensive reports
• Ability to work closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Experience in critical path analysis, recovery planning, and earned value management
